Employee VolunCHEERS Spotlight

As a community-focused bank, one of our goals is to positively influence the Quad City area. At QCBT, we go one step further than just a sponsorship and donation program. We promote, support, and recognize the impact our employees make in the community though a unique VolunCHEERS program we created. The program encourages employees to volunteer during or after business hours for any number of community-based organizations.

Volunteer activities are then submitted and considered in annual reviews, and once certain milestones are reached, the bank donates money back to the organizations and causes that matter most to our employees as a thank you for their service.

In 2021, QCBT employees spent over 5,300 hours volunteering in the Quad Cities -- that's over 220 days! It's not only important to our culture here at QCBT, it's important to our employees.

Donation & Sponsorships

Every year, QCBT is contacted by many worthwhile charitable organizations. While we prioritize donation requests from individuals and organizations with whom QCBT maintains a banking relationship, we make every effort to accommodate as many other sponsorship and donation requests as possible.

Unfortunately, due to the large number of requests we receive, we are unable to fulfill all requests. Please note that each request is reviewed by QCBT on an individual basis and completing this form does not guarantee a sponsorship or donation.

To make a donation or sponsorships request, please complete this sponsorship form.

Our Sponsorship/Donation Committee meets monthly. The deadline for a sponsorship request is 6 weeks prior to your event. We will contact you if your donation or sponsorship request is approved.

We wish your fundraising efforts the very best!

Community Events

If you are at an event in the community, chances are you'll rub elbows with a Quad City Bank & Trust employee. Events such as the QCBT Riverfront Pops concert, which we have been a key sponsor for several years. This great community event brings together members of the QC community for a wonderful outdoor concert for the ages.
