In addition to serving as a trusted advisor to a select number of clients, Tracy leads our team of Wealth Management and Fiduciary Officers. She is a licensed attorney with over 12 years of experience in trust and estate administration, estate planning, and real estate matters. Tracy received her undergraduate degree in Management and Finance from Western Illinois University and her Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University. She is also a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School and continues to participate in many professional organizations, including the American, Illinois and Rock Island County Bar Associations as well as the Quad City Estate Planning Council. Tracy is committed to our community; she currently serves on the board and as treasurer for Dress for Success Quad Cities, and she was previously a member of Junior League of the Quad Cities and served on the board of the local chapter of the Executive Women’s Golf Association.

Erie earned a Juris Doctor from Northern Illinois University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fayetteville State University. He is a Certified Financial Planner™ and has worked in the wealth management industry for over 10 years. Rick is responsible for the management of tax and special services and oversees audit and compliance requirements for the Wealth Management Department. He worked for ten years in the Trust Department at Davenport Bank & Trust (now Wells Fargo) before establishing the department for Quad City Bank & Trust in 1994. Formerly a tax specialist with KPMG Peat Marwick, Rick combines trust knowledge and tax experience to provide financial planning expertise for our clients. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant and holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from Northern Illinois University. Rick also serves as the mayor-appointed trustee to the City of Moline Police Pension Board.

As Chief Investment Officer, Rand oversees the QCBT Investment Team. Prior to joining QCR Holdings, Inc. in 2000, he served in similar roles in Pennsylvania and Michigan. Rand’s investment career began in the notorious year of 1987, and he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991. A Midwesterner (for the most part), Rand received his undergraduate degree from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
