Tracy leads our team of Wealth Management and Fiduciary officers, in addition to serving as the trusted advisor to a select number of clients. She is a licensed attorney with approximately two decades of experience in trust and estate administration, estate planning, and real estate matters. Tracy received her undergraduate degree in Management and Finance from Western Illinois University, her Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University and is also a Certified Trust & Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA).

Calla is a licensed attorney responsible for handling estate and trust administration along with the ongoing administration of charitable, educational and family trusts. Calla is a member of the Iowa and Illinois Bar Associations and serves on the Board of Trustees for the LeClaire Community Library.

Beth is a graduate of Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Beth is a member of the Rotary Club of Rock Island.

Courtney is active in the community as a volunteer for the Quad City Animal Welfare Center.

Rick is responsible for the management of tax and special services and oversees audit and compliance requirements for the department. He worked for 10 years at Davenport Bank & Trust (now Wells Fargo) before establishing the department in 1994. Rick is a CPA, holding degrees in Accounting and Finance from Northern Illinois University and serves as the mayor-appointed trustee to the Moline Police Pension Board.

As Chief Investment Officer, Rand oversees the QCBT Investment Team. In this role, he participates in the portfolio management functions for QCR Holdings, Inc., the parent company of QCBT and its affiliated banks. Rand’s investment career began in the notorious year of 1987, and he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991. A Midwesterner (for the most part), Rand received his undergraduate degree from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota.

Dan joined QCBT in 2014 with 26 years of trust administration and investment management experience. Dan is responsible for implementing the investment strategies for our clients. Active in the community, Dan serves as chair of the finance committee and board member of the Genesis Health Systems Foundation and is a member of the Quad City Estate Planning Council.
