Peter provides oversight and support for the administration of trust and estate accounts and serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for QCR Holdings, Inc., the parent company of Quad City Bank & Trust. Prior to joining the Wealth Management Department, Peter served as a partner at the law firm of Lane and Waterman, LLP with offices in Davenport and Moline. Peter has more than 36 years of legal experience, and his areas of expertise include tax and estate planning. He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and his law degree from the University of Iowa. Peter has been active in the local community, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for Genesis Health System.

Darlene volunteers with Junior Achievement and Winnie’s Place for Women. Formerly a tax specialist with KPMG Peat Marwick, Rick combines trust knowledge and tax experience to provide financial planning expertise for our clients. Rick is a Certified Public Accountant and holds degrees in Accounting and Finance from Northern Illinois University. Rick also serves as the mayor-appointed trustee to the City of Moline Police Pension Board.

As Chief Investment Officer, Rand oversees the QCBT Investment Team. Prior to joining QCR Holdings, Inc. in 2000, he served in similar roles in Pennsylvania and Michigan. Rand’s investment career began in the notorious year of 1987, and he earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 1991. A Midwesterner (for the most part), Rand received his undergraduate degree from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
