Where is the QCBT Community Room and Who Can Use It?

The Quad City Bank & Trust Community Room is located at 1700 Division Street, Davenport, IA, and is provided as a free resource exclusively for local nonprofit organizations. The space is designed to host non-profit generating civic activities, internal corporate training, strategic planning sessions, and community organization meetings.

Operating Hours

  • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Core Use Rules

  • No Admission Fees: Guests are not permitted to charge admission for events held in the Community Room.
  • Private Events Only: For safety and liability reasons, the room cannot be reserved for events advertised to the general public.
  • Kitchen Restrictions: Groups have access to the kitchen area for serving catered or off-site prepared food; cooking facilities are not available.
  • Security: During non-business hours, all entry doors must remain locked, and propping doors open is strictly forbidden at all times.
  • Prohibited Items and Activities: The following are strictly prohibited on or around the premises:
    • Consumption, use, sale, or distribution of alcoholic beverages and any illegal substances.
    • Use, possession, sale, or distribution of firearms and weapons.
    • Smoking and the use of any tobacco products
  • Liability: Quad City Bank & Trust is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage resulting from the actions of the sponsoring organization or its participants.
  • No Endorsement: Please note that permission to use the QCBT Community Room does not constitute or imply endorsement or sponsorship by Quad City Bank & Trust.
  • Compliance with Laws: All meeting room users are expected to fully comply with all applicable laws.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of Community Room privileges.

Available Room Technology and Amenities

Prior approval is required from bank administration to utilize the integrated technical presentation systems: 

  • Guest Wi-Fi Connection: Network access credentials are posted live on the room's main whiteboard.
  • Pull-Down Projector Screen: Available for presentations (instructions are located inside the projector bag).

The organization will be billed for the replacement cost of any missing equipment or personal property after use.

Frequently Asked Questions About Room Reservations

  • There is no fee for using the Community Room, provided that the space is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
  • The utilizing organization will be liable for any costs associated with cleaning, repair, or replacement of damages to equipment or the facility beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Quad City Bank & Trust will determine whether damaged furnishings or equipment can be repaired or must be replaced and will manage all repair arrangements for walls, floors, furniture, etc.

After submitting the online request form, you can expect a formal response from our marketing team within five business days.

In the event of emergency building closures (severe weather, power failures, etc.), the room will become unavailable, and your contact person will be notified.
