Quad City Bank & Trust Community Room Request

We're pleased to offer our Community Room at 1700 Division Street, Davenport, IA, as a resource for local nonprofit organizations. We aim to provide a comfortable and convenient space for your important meetings.

To ensure the Community Room is a good fit for your needs, please review the following guidelines:

Booking and Use Guidelines:

  • Eligibility: This room is available for use by local nonprofit organizations for non-profit generating activities such as internal training, strategic planning meetings, and civic or community organizational meetings.
  • No Endorsement: Please note that permission to use the QCBT Community Room does not constitute or imply endorsement or sponsorship by Quad City Bank & Trust.
  • Compliance with Laws: All meeting room users are expected to fully comply with all applicable laws.
  • Adherence to Guidelines: Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of Community Room privileges.
  • Liability: Quad City Bank & Trust is not liable for any personal injuries or property damage resulting from the actions of the sponsoring organization or its participants.
  • Hours of Operation:
    • Monday - Friday: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM
    • Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • No Admission Fees: Guests are not permitted to charge admission for events held in the Community Room.
  • Responsibility for Property: Groups will be held responsible for any damage to, or theft of, bank property.
  • Room Condition: The room must be left in the same condition and arrangement as it was upon arrival.
  • Security:
    • During non-business hours, all doors and entrances are to remain locked.
    • For security purposes, propping open any doors is strictly prohibited at all times
  • Meeting Location: All meetings must take place entirely within the Community Room. Loitering in the building lobby areas is strictly prohibited.
  • Kitchen Access: Organizations have access to the kitchen area for serving. Please note that cooking facilities are not available, so any food must be prepared off-site or catered.
  • Prohibited Items and Activities: The following are strictly prohibited on or around the premises:
    • Consumption, use, sale, or distribution of alcoholic beverages and any illegal substances.
    • Use, possession, sale, or distribution of firearms and weapons.
    • Smoking and the use of any tobacco products
  • Events Open to the Public: For safety and security reasons, the Community Room cannot be reserved for events that invite or advertise to the general public.
  • No Attachments to Walls: Please do not attach any materials or objects to walls, doors, or any other surfaces.
  • Personal Belongings: Users are responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings at all times. Items left behind will be placed in the Bank’s Lost and Found for a limited period. Unclaimed or untraceable items will be disposed of or donated.
  • No Storage: We are unable to provide storage for groups using the Community Room.
  • Technology Approval: Prior approval is required if you plan to use the available technology. The organization will be billed for the replacement cost of any missing equipment or personal property after use.

Room Technology: 

  • Wi-Fi: The guest Wi-Fi username and password can be found on the whiteboard in the Community Room.
  • Projector Screen: A pull-down projector screen is available for your use. Instructions for operating it are located in the projector bag. Please ensure the screen is retracted when you are finished.

Cancellation Policy: 

  • We require at least 24-hour notice for any meeting cancellation.

Fees and Damages: 

  • There is no fee for using the Community Room, provided that the space is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival.
  • The utilizing organization will be liable for any costs associated with cleaning, repair, or replacement of damages to equipment or the facility beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Quad City Bank & Trust will determine whether damaged furnishings or equipment can be repaired or must be replaced and will manage all repair arrangements for walls, floors, furniture, etc.

Office Closing Policy - Emergency Closings:

In the event of emergencies such as severe weather, fires, power failures, or earthquakes that necessitate the closing of a Quad City Bank & Trust facility, the Community Room will be unavailable. We will make every effort to notify the contact person provided at the time of reservation as far in advance as possible.
