Executive Vice President
Jason Grindle is responsible for all products, services, and functions across the Wealth Management Group, including Trust Services, Investment Services, and Financial Planning Services. He provides oversight and direction for all daily operations and client support needs. Jason has 21 years of financial services industry experience and is a graduate of University of Michigan – Flint where he majored in Finance and minored in Economics.
Vice President, Investment Center
Tyler joined the Quad City Investment Center in 2017. He has 16 years of experience in the financial services industry. His knowledge of investment products helps customers reach their financial goals while providing exceptional customer experience. Tyler is a graduate of St. Ambrose University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Marketing, and a master’s degree in Business Administration. Tyler serves on the Board of Education for Lourdes Catholic School and is actively involved at his local church. He also educates students about financial literacy through the Junior Achievement program.
First Vice President, Financial Advisor
Dave Howell has over 35 years of experience in the financial services industry. He opened the Quad City Investment Center at Quad City Bank & Trust in 1994. Dave provides his knowledge, unbiased investment advice, and commitment to providing exceptional personal service to all of his clients. He particularly enjoys helping clients transition into retirement-both financially and emotionally. He is actively involved in the community and has served on numerous community boards, including Two Rivers YMCA, John Deere Classic, Arrowhead for Families and Children, and Scott County Regional Authority. Dave also serves on the finance committee of several non-profit organizations, assisting with their investment management needs. He is a Big Brother in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
Amber Brummit has been an integral member of the Wealth Management Group at Quad City Bank & Trust since 2005. She has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, and this experience helps her deliver excellent customer service for all Quad City Investment Center clients. Amber is a graduate of Augustana College with a degree in Accounting.
Blake Schaeffer joined Quad City Bank & Trust in 2005 and has been with the Wealth Management Group since 2006. His clients appreciate his great customer service along with his common sense approach to investing. Blake is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Finance. Blake volunteers his time with Big Brothers & Big Sisters and actively participates on Quad City Bank & Trust's Health & Wellness committee. Blake also teaches personal finance classes at local high schools through Junior Achievement.

Greg Bauer joined the Quad City Investment Center in 2022. A graduate of St. Ambrose University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance, he brings over 13 years of various corporate finance experience. His area of expertise is within Investment Planning where he creates individualized plans customized to a client’s objectives to help guide them through their financial goals.
Investment Administrative Assistant
Cassie joined the Quad City Investment Center in 2018. A graduate of St. Ambrose University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Minor in Economics, she brings over 20 years of customer service experience to the team. Cassie volunteers with BPV (Bettendorf Pleasant Valley) baseball.
Investment Administrative Assistant
Emily Lindaman is an investment administrative assistant at Quad City Bank and Trust. She has worked for the bank since 2021 and joined the investment team in 2023. Emily is currently a part of the DEI committee set up by the bank to promote advocacy and inclusion. Outside of work she volunteers her time by being apart of an advisory council for a local network of young professionals called Emerging Leaders.
