QCBT Welcomes Lyn Lear, as Vice President Branch Manager

Quad City Bank & Trust is proud to welcome Lyn Lear to the role of Vice President, Branch Manager at our Bettendorf location. 

Lyn joined Quad City Bank & Trust in April, 2024. Lyn focuses on building trust and relationships to provide exceptional client experience. With 30 years in the banking industry, she adds value to our clients by using her experience to help clients through their financial journey. Lyn is a graduate of Augustana College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.

Lyn is also active in our community serving on the Board of Directors of the Bettendorf Business Network, on the Finance Committee at Humility Homes and Services, and is also active in serving the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women initiative and Junior Achievement.
