John Anderson has been with Quad City Bank & Trust for 24 years and has served as CEO for the past 15 years.

When asked about the importance of community involvement here at QCBT, he stated, “As a community bank, it is who we are, and it is where we do our business and where our employees live. Giving back not only feels good, it also helps to build a stronger Quad Cities. I am grateful to be recognized alongside some our regions greatest talent and leaders."

Why do you personally give back and volunteer? Giving back allows me an opportunity to serve our community in ways that help me grow and frankly....I love our community and want to do everything I can personally to help grow our incredible Quad Cities.

What is the best thing about being CEO at QCBT?  It has allowed me to serve in ways I never would have imagined.

How do you use your platform as a leader at QCBT to do good for the community?  As CEO, I am in a unique position to help drive a variety of issues.  Most important is the ability to help clear the path for future leaders to have the same opportunities I have experienced and been given.  Making sure all voices get a chance at the table will strengthen our Team, our Company and our Community.
