Our new headquarters represents the next chapter in that journey, bringing together the teams and resources that support our family of community banks under one roof. Designed to encourage collaboration and innovation, this new campus will strengthen our ability to serve clients, support employees and position our organization for continued growth, while creating a new full-service Quad City Bank & Trust location to better serve the growing community.

Returning our corporate headquarters to Bettendorf, where our company was founded, reflects our continued investment in the Quad Cities and our confidence in the future of the region. While this new campus expands our presence in Iowa, it does not change our commitment to Illinois. Our full-service Moline location will remain an important part of our Quad Cities network, ensuring our banking and wealth management clients continue to enjoy the local service and relationship banking they've come to expect on both sides of the Mississippi River.

• Full service bank branch located on main level - opening Late Summer 2027
• Drive thru and ATM - opening Late Summer 2027
• This new building will provide more of a ‘campus’ feel, and the bank and its holding company expect to have the ability to host community events and share their green spaces.
