Quad City Bank & Trust Welcomes Megan Bausman as Assistant Vice President, Manager of Treasury Management Services
Quad City Bank & Trust is pleased to announce the appointment of Megan Bausman as Assistant Vice President, Manager of Treasury Management Services. Megan is a lifelong Quad Cities resident who grew up in Moline, graduated from Alleman High School, and earned her bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Illinois University–Quad Cities. She brings more than 17 years of financial industry experience, with a strong background in residential mortgage lending and cross-functional collaboration across both sales and operations. In her new role, Megan looks forward to deepening her involvement and serving the community through her work at QCBT.
