I am a rising sophomore at St. Ambrose University, where I am double majoring in Accounting and Finance. This summer, I am looking forward to exploring a few different career paths within banking to see what I enjoy most and get some great hands-on experience.

It has been such an incredible experience working for a company that genuinely values its team and supports you at every step. I am so excited to keep learning, building my skills, and working with this awesome group of people.

Right from the interview process, I was drawn to the close-knit, supportive team and how genuinely invested everyone is in helping you grow. I am an incoming senior at Augustana College, where I am double majoring in Business Marketing and Graphic Design, alongside a minor in Sociology and Anthropology. I was initially drawn to QCBT because of their heavy focus on building up and strengthening the local community. Ultimately, it was the people who made me choose this internship. I am so excited for the opportunity to expand my technical skills this summer while working alongside such a kind, passionate, and welcoming team.

Kayden White
Credit Administration Intern
I am going to be a senior at St. Ambrose University. I am originally from Morrison, Illinois, but I have spent plenty of time in the area to know QCBT's amazing reputation. I chose to intern here because of the constant positive feedback the bank receives across the Quad Cities. On top of that, the incredible friendliness and passion I experienced from everyone during the interview process made me certain this was the right place for me. I am so excited to dive in this summer and learn from such a welcoming team.
