
Quad City Bank & Trust Welcomes New Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer & Cashier.
(Bettendorf, IA – September 24, 2020) – Quad City Bank & Trust (QCBT) is proud to welcome Anne O’Neill to the role of Executive Vice President (EVP), Chief Operating Officer & Cashier. With over 32 years in the financial industry, Anne will be responsible for overseeing general bank operations and cashier functions for all five branches, including BSA/AML/Security/Fraud, public funds, funds monitoring, and policy oversight.
A Chicago native, Anne attended Waubonsee Community College and most recently held the title of Senior Vice President of Centralized Deposit Operations at Wintrust. She is currently serving out her term as Immediate Past Chair of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Governance Committee for Guardian Angel Community Services in Joliet, IL through December 2020, at which time she looks forward to exploring a new social service role in the Quad Cities.
