Stephanie Riley - Assistant Branch Manager
As Assistant Branch Manager of our Utica location, Stephanie oversees the branch’s operations and works with clients with their banking needs. With almost five years of financial experience, Stephanie collaborates with her fellow branch managers to continue to grow and improve the retail department. She brings value to our clients by getting to know them when they visit to do our banking. Stephanie is currently working on her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Western Governors University and has volunteered for the Red Cross in the past.
Jenna Losasso-Jager - Assistant Branch Manager
With 7 years of banking experience, Jenna’s area of expertise lies within having extensive knowledge of our products and services. As Assistant Branch Manager at our Moline branch, Jenna oversees all aspects of operations within the branch, including online account opening. She adds value to our clients by acting as a resource for clients by providing great customer service and fulfilling the client’s banking needs. Jenna attended Western Illinois University with a bachelor’s degree in General Studies and a minor in Communications. She volunteers at Happy Joe’s Handicap Christmas party.
