John Anderson
As President and CEO, John is the driving force in the direction and continued growth of Quad City Bank & Trust. John ensures the further success of Quad City Bank & Trust by utilizing his tremendous knowledge of the banking industry and personal service to focus on relationship banking, community involvement, and corporate culture. He began his career with Davenport Bank & Trust (now Wells Fargo) and later moved to Brenton Bank, where he served as Chairman, President and CEO of the Davenport operation. John is deeply committed to the Quad City area and serves on a number of community boards. He serves as Board Chairman of Rick's House of Hope and Board Chairman of Genesis Health Services Foundation. John also serves St. Ambrose University, his alma mater, as Board Member, Chair of Enrollment Management, and Chair of Compensation.

Mike Bauer
Mike Bauer
As co-founder of Quad City Bank & Trust, Mike is easily recognized in the banking industry both locally and statewide. He gained firsthand experience as a Correspondent Banking Officer earlier in his career. Mike understands community banks are best served by an institution that shares their vision. He is actively involved in many civic organizations and serves as a director of St. Ambrose University, Kahl Home for the Aged and Infirm, DavenportOne, Iowa Council, Boy Scouts of America, and Junior Achievement Free Enterprise Foundation. He also serves on the Finance Council of the Diocese of Davenport. Along with Mr. Hultquist, Mr. Bauer received the 1998 Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" award for the Iowa and Nebraska region, and was inducted into the Quad Cities Area Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame in 2003.

While overseeing our Commercial Banking Department, Jeff utilizes 28 years of banking experience to provide financial solutions to area businesses and their owners. Jeff received his Bachelor's Degree from Iowa State University. Active in the community, he is a Board member of Vera French Mental Health Center, past Board Member of Variety - The Children's Charity, past member of the United Way Cabinet Committee, past member of the New Ventures Initiative Board, and serves as a volunteer for Junior Achievement and the Humane Society.

With more than 35 years of banking experience, Kathy assists clients and their companies with their technology, cash management and depository needs, helping them optimize their monetary efficiencies. Kathy has over 25 years experience in providing sales and support services for Correspondent Banks throughout Iowa and Illinois, and has been managing the correspondent banking department since its inception in 1994. Kathy has extensive experience in banking operations, data processing, marketing, and sales. Kathy currently serves as a board member for the Mississippi Valley Bank Association.

As 1st Vice President, Clay is responsible for providing Correspondent Banking solutions to financial institutions in the Iowa market. Amy joined the bank in 1995 and is a graduate of St. Ambrose University with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. Amy serves on a committee for the Community Bankers of Iowa (CBI) and has completed the Iowa School of Banking.

Prior to joining Quad City Bank & Trust in 1998, he worked for the United States Treasury Department as a National Bank Examiner. Jay is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and is on the board of Friendly House, Illowa Council Boy Scouts Board and is active in DavenportOne.

Jack brings over 26 years of correspondent banking experience to our Correspondent Banking team. Prior to focusing his career on correspondent banking, Jack worked as a Commissioned Federal Reserve Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank in St. Louis, Missouri for 12 years. As Vice President, Jack is committed to maintaining and establishing new relationships with community banks by providing high quality correspondent banking services to enhance the performance of their institutions. He is active in the community and is a graduate of McKendree University in Lebanon, Illinois.

He is active with many banking groups around the state of Wisconsin and has served as Past President for the Wisconsin Banker's Association Group One. Sarah has over sixteen years of banking experience with a specialization in small to medium sized financial institutions. She is a Certified Treasury Professional with extensive experience in operations, treasury management, credit, financial analysis, marketing, and sales for both mid-sized commercial companies as well as financial institutions. Sarah's goal is to streamline and make customer bank operations as efficient as possible.

Damian Papish
Damian draws on his background in Credit Administration to provide loan specific needs as well as Correspondent Banking solutions to financial Institutions. He graduated from Western Illinois University with a degree in Accounting and earned his MBA with a concentration in Finance from University of St. Mary's. Damian is a veteran of the United States Navy having served as a Corpsman for the US Marine Corps. He serves as Vice President of the Board of Education for St. Paul the Apostle Catholic School and actively participates in various organizations with his church.

Kevin brings over eleven years of experience in credit administration and correspondent banking deposit operations and currently works closely with correspondent clients in Wisconsin to identify and implement the products and services that best meet their needs. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and enjoys volunteering for the Salvation Army and serves as a financial coach for Habitat for Humanity in his spare time.

Maureen "Mo" Kelley has extensive experience providing outstanding, personal service to clients. As Correspondent Banking Officer, she is instrumental in creating and maintaining new correspondent banking relationships with community banks in Southern Illinois. Mo graduated from the University of Kentucky with a double major in marketing and advertising with a focus in account management. Since graduating, she has worked for a pharmaceutical company and a physical therapy company both in a sales capacity. Active in the community, Mo is heavily involved in The Mike Kelley Foundation.

As Correspondent Banking Operations Officer, Kate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the correspondent banking systems and support of client relationships. In addition, she is responsible for internal policies and procedures, as well as facilitating department audits and projects. Kate is a graduate of the University of Illinois and is an active member of the Walnut Public Library Board, the Walnut Chamber of Commerce and the Walnut Township Community Fund.

As Assistant Vice President, Cash Management Supervisor, Lilly is responsible for the overall management of bank funds at the Federal Reserve and other upstream correspondent banks. She also supervises the daily operations of the Wire Transfer Department. Lilly is a graduate of St. Ambrose University and has over 25 years of experience in the banking industry, joining Quad City Bank & Trust in 1993. Lilly is active in the community, volunteering for the Student Hunger Drive, the Quad-City Times Bix 7, and as a member of the steering committee for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Sherrie Larson
Sherrie Larson utilizes over 27 years of banking operations experience as Vice President, Item Processing. She joined Quad City Bank & Trust in 2001 and is responsible for the daily operation of the Item Processing personnel. Her expertise guarantees the efficient processing of Fed Inclearings, over-the-counter POD transactions and cash letter processing. In addition, Sherrie is responsible for statement generation and rendering for all of QCR Holdings Inc.'s subsidiaries and correspondent banks. She is also a graduate of Midwest School for Community Bankers. Active in the community, Sherrie volunteers for the Orion Community School District, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, the Festival of Trees and is a member of the Orion American Legion Auxiliary.

Olivia oversees the daily operations of the Item Processing Department. Olivia has over 32 years of hands on experience in various roles in items processing. This knowledge enables her to provide exceptional customer service to all bank clients. She is active in the community as a Junior Achievement program volunteer, Humility of Mary's Advisory and Gathering Committee, and the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center.
