John Anderson
As President and CEO, John is the driving force in the direction and continued growth of Quad City Bank & Trust. John ensures the further success of Quad City Bank & Trust by utilizing his tremendous knowledge of the banking industry and personal service to focus on relationship banking, community involvement, and corporate culture. He began his career with Davenport Bank & Trust and later moved to Brenton Bank, where he served as Chairman, President and CEO of the Davenport operation. John is deeply committed to the Quad City area and serves on a number of community boards. He currently serves as a Director for the following organizations, St. Ambrose University, Ridgecrest (Christian Retirement Homes), Catholic Foundation for the Diocese of Davenport (CFDD), United Way of the Quad Cities additionally he serves on the fundraising committee of the Quad Cities Cultural Trust. Most recently, John has served as past Chairman of the Ridgecrest Foundation, past Director for Genesis Health System Foundation, past Director for Genesis Philanthropy, past Director of the Quad City Symphony, past Chairman of Exchange City / Junior Achievement, past Executive Board member of Junior Achievement of the Quad City Area, past Director Bettendorf Schools Foundation, along with being its treasurer. Past Chairman of the Humane Society of Scott County, past Board Member of Garden Growers, past Board Chairman of Rick’s House of Hope and the American Heart Association. John was recently awarded the Iowa Women’s Connection, Male Champion of Change, YWCA’s 100 honored honorees, Outstanding Volunteer Fundraiser by the American Fundraising Professionals (AFP), Vera French Foundations, Friends of Vera French award, along with being named a Quad Cities Leaders under 40 awards.

As co-founder of Quad City Bank & Trust, Mike is easily recognized in the banking industry both locally and statewide. He gained firsthand experience as a Correspondent Banking Officer earlier in his career. Mike understands community banks are best served by an institution that shares their vision. He is actively involved in many civic organizations and serves as a director of St. Ambrose University, Kahl Home for the Aged and Infirm, DavenportOne, Iowa Council, Boy Scouts of America, and Junior Achievement Free Enterprise Foundation. He also serves on the Finance Council of the Diocese of Davenport. Along with Mr. Hultquist, Mr. Bauer received the 1998 Ernst & Young "Entrepreneur of the Year" award for the Iowa and Nebraska region, and was inducted into the Quad Cities Area Junior Achievement Business Hall of Fame in 2003.

Kathy assists clients and their companies with technology, cash management and depository needs, helping them optimize their monetary efficiencies. Kathy has over 40 years of experience providing sales and support services for Correspondent Banks throughout Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. Kathy has been with the correspondent banking department since its inception in 1994 and has extensive experience in banking operations, data processing, marketing, and sales. Kathy currently serves as a board member for the Mississippi Valley Bank Association.

Clay Boatman is Senior Vice President and sales manager of the Quad City Bank & Trust Correspondent Banking team. He graduated from Buena Vista University with a BA degree in Business and Finance. He is an Iowa native and began his banking career in 1996. Clay has a deep passion for building and serving our correspondent partners and prospects in Iowa and has been actively engaged in state banking associations for over 20 years. Currently, he serves on the Iowa Bankers Association Management Committee. He is also an active member of Lutheran Church of Hope, Waukee, and serves as Co-Chairman of a capital campaign raising funds for the purchase of a new church property.

Amy is Senior Vice President and manages the overall operational needs for the Quad City Bank and Trust Correspondent Banking team. She provides correspondent products and services designed to meet the individual needs of banks throughout Iowa, Illinois and Wisconsin. This, coupled with a passion for providing exceptional service, creates lasting financial partnerships. Amy joined the bank in 1995 and is a graduate of St. Ambrose University with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics. Amy serves as a board member for the Mississippi Valley Bank Association and has completed the Iowa School of Banking.

As a former Credit Administration and Compliance Officer, Jay uses his attention to detail, bank regulation knowledge and credit analysis experience to provide loans tailored to fit his clients’ specific needs. Jay’s primary focus is to provide credit assistance to our correspondent banks in the form of Fed Fund Lines, Bank Stock and Officer/Director Loans, USDA, SBA and SWAP opportunities. Prior to joining Quad City Bank & Trust in 1998, he worked for the United States Treasury Department as a National Bank Examiner. Jay is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and currently serves on the North Scott Educational Foundation Board.

Sarah has over 25 years of banking experience with a specialization in small- to medium-sized financial institutions in Illinois and Wisconsin. She is a Certified Treasury Professional with extensive experience in operations, treasury management, credit, financial analysis, marketing, and sales. Sarah's goal is to streamline and make customer bank operations as efficient as possible. She is the founder of Maiden Street Irish Dance Academy and serves as second vice president of the board and co-chair of the resource and development committee at Housing Forward in Oak Park.

Kristin D. King
Kris joined Quad City Bank and Trust in early 2020. She has been an employee of QCR Holdings, Inc. for the past decade prior to joining the correspondent team. She has more than 25 years of experience in commercial banking with a focus on SBA lending. Her primary role at Quad City Bank and Trust is developing, promoting and maintaining current and new correspondent customer relationships in Illinois and Wisconsin. Kris earned an associate’s degree in Banking and Finance from Rock Valley College. She is the Assistant Coach for “FIRST” Robotics team 4655 Stateline Robotics, a mentor with the Incubator EDU class at Hononegah High School and a previous Money Smart Week Northern Illinois Chairperson.

Kevin brings over 11 years of experience in credit administration and correspondent banking deposit operations. He currently works closely with correspondent clients in Wisconsin to identify and implement the products and services that best meet their needs. Kevin received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and enjoys volunteering for the Salvation Army in his spare time. He also serves as a financial coach for Habitat for Humanity.

Maureen "Mo" Kelley has extensive experience providing outstanding, personal service to clients. As Correspondent Banking Officer, she is instrumental in creating and maintaining new correspondent banking relationships with community banks in Illinois. Mo graduated from the University of Kentucky with a double major in marketing and advertising as well as a focus in account management. Active in the community, Mo is heavily involved in The Mike Kelley Foundation.

Kate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the correspondent banking systems and support of client relationships. In addition, she is responsible for internal policies and procedures, as well as facilitating department audits and projects. Kate is a graduate of the University of Illinois and is an active member with the OSF Cystic Fibrosis Family Advisory Board and the Walnut Township Community Fund Board.

Lynne joined Quad City Bank & Trust in 2017 and has over 30 years of banking experience. Lynne manages the daily operations of the Correspondent Banking team, providing critical daily support to all of our banks. She and her team pride themselves on providing excellent customer service and maintaining solid relationships. Lynne is active in her community and volunteers with Quad Cities Night to Shine and the QC Animal Welfare Center.

Funds Management

As Assistant Vice President of Cash Management, Lilly is responsible for the overall management of bank funds at the Federal Reserve and other upstream correspondent banks. Lilly is a graduate of St. Ambrose University and began her banking career in 1979, joining Quad City Bank & Trust in 1993. Lilly currently volunteers for the Student Hunger Drive, the Quad-City Times Bix 7, and serves as a member of the steering committee for the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.

Olivia began her banking career in 1979 and currently oversees the daily operations of the Items Processing Department. Her banking and items processing knowledge enables her to provide exceptional customer service to all bank clients. She is also a passionate community volunteer, serving as Treasurer for Minnie’s Maison Clothing Center, committee member of Advisory and Gathering for the Sisters of Humility, and active donor for the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center.
