Thank you for your patience and understanding during our system upgrade. We are excited about the opportunities that this system upgrade will bring and have created these quick user guides to help in our Personal and Online Mobile Banking System Upgrade.
Why is the Online and Mobile Banking system upgrade happening?
The Online and Mobile system upgrade is scheduled to take place over the weekend of January 31. During this time, you may experience temporary disruptions to your Online and Mobile Banking services. However, please rest assured that our team is working diligently to minimize any inconvenience and ensure a seamless transition.
The primary reason behind this upgrade is to provide you with access to state-of-the-art technology that will better support your evolving financial needs. We understand that convenience, security, and efficiency are paramount in today’s fast-paced world, and these enhancements are designed to deliver just that. What You Need to Know
- Downtime: Online & Mobile banking will be unavailable during the upgrade weekend.
- Login information: Your Online Banking username and password will remain the same. Upon first login to the new system, you will be prompted to update your password. Please note your credentials as biometric passwords (face ID/ touch ID) may not transfer to the new system.
- App updates on your mobile device:
- Android users- Please delete your current app and download the new version from Google Play store.
- Apple users- A forced update will occur automatically if your device is set to allow updates.
- Desktop access: The URL for desktop access will change. Visit qcbt.bank and select “Personal Online Banking” from the account drop-down. Existing bookmarks will no longer work.
- Support: All locations and phone systems will operate during normal business hours for assistance.
- ATM & debit cards: ATMs and debit cards will function normally throughout the upgrade although CARD CONTROL will not be available over the conversion weekend.
What is NOT Changing?
- Online and Mobile banking log-in credentials will not change. You will be prompted to change passwords during first-time log-in of the new system. Please note your credentials as biometric passwords (face ID/ touch ID) may not transfer to the new system.
- Routing numbers
- Account numbers
- Account nicknames
- Credit Sense
- Debit and credit card numbers
- Checks - Continue using your current checks.
- Direct Deposit and automatic payments
- Zelle®
- E statements history and access
- Future dated and existing Funds Transfers will carry over. Transactions scheduled over the conversion weekend will not process until Monday, February 3 at 8:00am.
- Bill Pay and recurring payments
What IS Changing?
- Alerts & Notifications will need to be reestablished on the new system.
- Quicken clients will need to deactivate and reactivate credentials in Quicken accounts after first-time log-in. Direct Connect users will need to use Webconnect. Clients should download existing history records prior conversion.
- External Transfer - External account transfers will not carry over after the upgrade. Starting Monday, February 3, you will need to set-up external accounts on the new system under: Move Money/External Transfers.
- Desktop Access - The URL for desktop access will change. Visit qcbt.bank and select "Personal Online Banking" from the account drop-down. Existing bookmarks will no longer work.
- Mobile App - Google device users will need to delete the existing app and reinstall the new Quad City Bank & Trust Personal App. Apple users will experience an upgrade to their existing app if automatic updates are enabled on their device.
- Card Control - Controlling your debit card functions will have a new look and be integrated into Personal Online Banking app. Your stand-alone app can be deleted.
- Money Manager - New look and feel. Users will need to reestablish account information. We recommend pulling a transaction history repost prior to conversion weekend.
