Amy Maas - Treasury Management Officer

Amy’s 18 years of experience in banking has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to provide QCBT’s commercial and small business clients with unmatched customer service and support. In her new role as Treasury Management Officer, Amy is responsible for anticipating and solving client needs by utilizing a wide range of products, from Business Online Banking tools and ACH to Remote Desktop Capture and Positive Pay. She is also an avid volunteer for All Saints Catholic School outside of work, assisting with the planning of their annual gala and Family Fun Night.

Kate Johnson - Vice President, Correspondent Banking

With 10 years of experience in the banking industry, Kate oversees our Correspondent operations while providing invaluable support to the internal sales team and community bank clients. In her role as Vice President, Correspondent Banking, she is also responsible for audits, special events, advertising and project management.  Kate earned a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in English from the University of Illinois and a Master of Arts degree in Fashion Journalism. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Walnut Township Community Fund and volunteers for the Liberty Square Committee and OSF Cystic Fibrosis Clinic Family Advisory Board. 

Matt Powers - Associate Investment Officer II

Matt brings vast experience in portfolio management, asset allocation and investment knowledge to our Wealth Management and Trust Department. In his new role of Associate Investment Officer II, he is responsible for developing investment strategies that adhere to client investment objectives. By helping clients answer the question, “what is the money for?”, Matt and his team are able to help manage the timeline for meeting investment goals. Matt earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Marketing from the University of Iowa and spends his spare time volunteering as a 5th grade coach for the Davenport Central Youth Basketball team.

Tanya DelVichio - Associate Vice President, Retail Banking Officer

Tanya began her career at Quad City Bank & Trust as a teller and has been working as a frontline brand ambassador for the bank for 23 years. In her new role as Assistance Vice President, Retail Banking Officer, she focuses on providing exceptional customer service while working directly with QCBT clients to open and manage their retail accounts. Her commitment to financial education and wellness in our community is also evident in her time spent volunteering with Junior Achievement of the Heartland.
